Jason Bristol will speak at the Labor and Employment Relations Association 71st Annual Meeting on June 16, 2019

CRK Partner Jason Bristol will speak at the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) 71st Annual Meeting on June 16, 2019, in Cleveland.  He will be joining Littler Mendelson Shareholder Meredith Shoop, Ogletree Deakins Counsel Raven Applebaum, and Elizabeth Arnold, Director at Berkley Research Group, for a presentation on Employment Status in the Gig Economy.  He will be discussing the traditional Independent Contractor model versus the new Independent Contractor model being advanced by online platform companies and the new model’s impact on workers.
