CRK wins conditional certification against the nation's second largest direct-to-consumer loan provider.

On June 4, 2019, CRK won conditional certification for two classes of underwriters working for Ascendum Solutions and loanDepot.com, the second largest non-bank provider of direct-to-consumer loans in the United States. Notice will be mailed to class members in the coming weeks to advise them of their right to join the lawsuit. That suit alleges the loan provider failed to pay its underwriters all wages earned and owed to them since January of 2015.
