CRK Obtains Favorable Settlement in Race Discrimination Case Against State University

CRK represented an African American Registered Nurse who was a long-time employee at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.  The Nurse had been offered a promotion, but with less favorable terms than those given to a white Registered Nurse with less experience.  The lawsuit was resolved for nearly six figures less than five months after the case was filed and before any depositions were taken.
